Winter Zoo Camp Is Back!

Join the Zoo for Winter Zoo Camp with lots of fun camp activities—from learning what animals eat during the winter to how campers can be heroes for wildlife! Learn about each camp session below to select the best session for your camper!

Camp at Fresno Chaffee Zoo inspires appreciation and wonder of the natural world through discovery, nature play, crafts, and animal interactions.

Winter Feast – December 20-23, 2021 *This session is sold out.*
Seeds, berries, bark. See what’s on the winter menu for animals around the world.

Cozy Critters – December 27-30, 2021 *This session is sold out.*
Learn how critters stay cozy by nesting and napping. Come get snug as a bug in a rug (rug not included).

Zooper Heroes – January 3-6, 2022
There are lots of ways to be heroes for wildlife. Come learn about conservation and all the ways that zoos help save animals.

All camps are 4 days long and offered for campers currently enrolled in grades 1-4.

Camp hours are 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM.

Members: $128
Non-Members: $136

For our 2021 Winter Zoo Camp, we are unable to offer extended care.
